Roger Bowerman is a candidate for the Ventura County Community College District Board of Trustees for Area 2 in the November 3, 2026 election.
AFT Local 1828 endorses Roger as he brings direct experience from inside the Community College system serving as faculty and in many other leadership roles. Area 2 serves Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village (Ventura County portion), Oak Park, Lake Sherwood, Hidden Valley, Santa Rosa Valley and Portions of Camarillo.
