AFT “Let’s Chat” – Targeted Feedback Sessions

Surveys give us breadth. These sessions provide us depth.

We need faculty from the special populations below who are directly impacted by specific contract provisions to speak candidly so we can negotiate with precision and authority.

• Tuesday, March 10 at 7:30 PM – Off-Campus Site Teaching: For faculty required to teach one or more class sessions or labs off campus (hospitals, prisons, community pools, etc.). Disciplines may include nursing, paramedics, fire, police academy, automotive, athletics, and similar areas.

  This does not include dual enrollment at high school campuses or satellite campus (VC East Campus, OC’s Public Safety Building, etc.) assignments

• Saturday, March 14 at 11:00 AM – Designated Stipends (Article 3.12): For faculty who receive a designated stipend or believe their work should qualify for one. If this affects you, your input is essential.
